OUR CORE VALUES

BIBLE TEACHING:  We consider the Holy Bible to be the final authority rather than a church tradition.  We seek to be innovative and flexible without compromising or violating the Word of God.

WORSHIP: We desire to acknowledge the sovereignty of God in our personal lives.  We demonstrate and value his worth in the corporate, contemporary and traditional worship of our church.

PRAYER:  We believe that God desires His people to pray and that he hears and answers prayer. Therefore, we are teaching and being an example by going directly to God who is our source.  This is lived out within Langston through the week of prayer, intercessory prayer, prayer calls, prayer events and during the conception, planning and execution of ministries and activities.

FAMILY AFFIRMING:  We seek to provide an atmosphere which strengthens marriages and families.  We are committed to developing and implementing ministries to meet the needs of every family member.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:  We seek to help people grow spiritually.  We provide biblical instruction and we encourage believers to discover and exercise their spiritual gifts.

OUTREACH:  Purposeful, impactful community events that serve to evangelize and meet the needs of our community.
